Hyderabad: Stranger Things Season 5, the final instalment of Netflix’s hit sci-fi series, will release in 2025. Though Netflix hasn’t confirmed exact dates, reports suggest a two-part release starting on October 10 and ending on November 27, aligning with the show’s usual fall schedule.
The season will feature 8 episodes with the following titles:
1. The Crawl
2. The Vanishing of ___
3. The Turnbow Trap
4. Sorcerer
5. Shock Jock
6. Escape from Camazotz
7. The Bridge
8. The Rightside Up
The final episode, The Rightside Up, has sparked fan theories about a possible resolution to the Upside Down.
Set in Fall 1987, the story continues a year after Season 4’s dramatic ending. Hawkins is in ruins, Vecna is still alive, and Eleven’s powers are returning. Will Byers will finally play a key role, bringing the story full circle.
Main cast returns, including Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, David Harbour, and Winona Ryder. New cast members include Linda Hamilton, Jake Connelly, and Alex Breaux.
Filming wrapped in December 2024, and post-production is ongoing. Cast members shared that shooting the final scenes was deeply emotional.
