Hyderabad: Street Cause, the largest student-run NGO in Hyderabad, has since inception in 2009 completed over 15,000 projects, with a cumulative expenditure of more than Rs.5.5 crore and positively impacting over 30 lakh individuals and 273 animals.

Student Cause is currently active in more than 30 colleges across Hyderabad, supported by a dedicated team of over 4,000 student volunteers and an alumni network of 45,000 members. Their presence has expanded to seven other cities – Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Visakhapatnam.

To support their initiatives, Street Cause organizes multiple fundraisers throughout the year. Their flagship event, Run For a Cause will be held on March 1 at People’s Plaza, Tank Bund with participation of more than 10,000.

The primary objective of RFC 12 is to raise funds which, after deducting event-related expenses, will be utilized for executing sustainable, impact-driven projects aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities.
