Hyderabad: The Certified Exercise Instructor (CXI) Sports Gold Standard course for all the fitness instructors will be conducted at Sreenidhi Sports Academy, Aziznagar (near Appa Junction) from December 11 to 15.
Being organised by Harsha Midathala (Mental, Strength and Conditioning coach), the workshop will be conducted by Shankar Basu, former Strength and Conditioning Coach for Team India and present S&C Coach for Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
This course is the Gold Standard course for all the Fitness Instructors. The only Strength and Conditioning course in the country. This course is created by Basu. He along with his team of other eight coaches from Chennai will be conducting the course in Hyderabad. The previous CXI-Sports Course held in Chennai was a big hit as about 35 Strength and Conditioning coaches from across the country attended it.
