Hyderabad: In the wake of a surge in the number of Covid-19 cases across the country, Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar urged citizens to strictly adhere to Covid-19 precautions. “We request people to wear masks, use sanitizers and maintain physical distance while moving in public. We should not take the second surge lightly. It is also my humble request to people to get vaccinated. Public should ensure they take necessary precautions and ensure others take them too,” Sajjanar said, also requesting those who fought the virus successfully to donate plasma. To donate plasma, one can register at https://donateplasma.scsc.in/.
“Their 500 ml of plasma will save two persons and will bring cheer to their families,” he said, adding that the Cyberabad Police along with the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) has set up a 24×7 Covid-19 Control Room.
