Students of DPS Nadergul vow to follow ideals of Swami Vivekananda
Many activities like painting, slogan writing, poem writing, essay writing, elocution and panel discussion were held.

To commemorate Swami Vivekananda‘s 158th birth anniversary, Delhi Public School, Nadergul celebrated National Youth Day on the virtual platform providing students an opportunity to take part in various competitions. The objective of the celebrations was to propagate the philosophy and the ideals of Swami Vivekananda and to promote thinking among the students.
Many activities like painting, slogan writing, poem writing, essay writing, elocution and panel discussion were held. The activities were designed according to age, level, theme and students of grades V to X participated enthusiastically in the competitions.
Youth aiming towards Peace- Building, Channelizing Youth Power for Nation Building, and Innovative Solutions to the problems faced by the youth of the country are some of the themes that were taken for the competitions.
The competitions were a fusion of talent, imagination, creativity and alertness in which students participated with great gusto. The activities helped to bring out the uniqueness of each student and provided a platform to showcase their knowledge about Swami Vivekananda and his ideologies.
Spontaneity and confidence were the hallmarks of the activities. The students left everyone awe-struck as they presented their talent so immaculately and effortlessly making the event a success.
