Khammam: Five students of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential (TTWR) School of Excellence (SoE), Ammapalem, Khammam have excelled in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) (Advanced) 2020.
The SoE Principal B Balu Naik speaking to Telangana Today on Saturday said the five students secured good ranks and would be able to get admission into the Indian Institution of Technology (IITs).
The students were Lakavath Sriram (ST rank 561), Bhukya Charan ( 572), Chowhan Rahul (711), Bhukya Ganesh (729) and Vislavath Anil (1738). Similarly a total of 18 students fared well in JEE (Mains) and secured eligibility to get admission into National Institutes of Technology (NITs), he informed.
The Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TTWREIS) Regional Coordinating Officer Ch Srinivas Roy and the SoE principal Naik have felicitated the students for excelling in the JEE examination.
Speaking on the occasion the principal stated that the students worked hard in a planned manner with an objective of securing seats in IITs and NITs. The faculty of the SoE have made committed efforts in training the students.
The SoE faculty Cherukupalli Nageswar Rao and others were present.
