Hyderabad: Thousands of engineering aspirants were left high and dry after a technical glitch marred the TG EAPCET web counselling on Wednesday.

Due to this technical issue, several students, along with their parents, were forced to wait in open areas with minimal facilities, exposed to rain at several verification centres. Efforts to reach TG EAPCET camp officer B Srinivas for comments proved futile.
Meanwhile, the Technical Education Department said processing fee and slot booking for certificate verification are open till July 7, and certificate verification will be done up to July 8. Web options can be exercised from July 6-10. So far, 83,378 candidates have booked slots, and 22,827 have attended certificate verification.
This time, mock seat allotment will be done on or before July 13, and provisional seat allotment is scheduled for July 18. Payment of the tuition fee and self-reporting through the website should be done between July 18 and 22.
