Hyderabad: A group of students complained to AV Ranganath, Commissioner, Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (Hydraa), that the underpasses at Chinna Golkonda and Pedda Golkonda in Shamshabad mandal are getting flooded, preventing them from attending school during rains.

On Friday, while the Hydraa official visited open drains and nalas as part of routine inspection, the students met him and stated that they travel to school by RTC bus and recently faced difficulties when the bus they were travelling in got stuck in water under an underpass.

Ranganath assured them to resolve the issue.
