Popular south star Shraddha Das has incredible fitness and stamina. She engages continuously in a dance fitness routine and she takes to yoga as well. She does it almost every day or at least five times a week.
Besides making a name for herself in south cinema, she was also seen in Bollywood movies like Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, Lahore, Zid, Great Grand Masti, Ek Mini Katha, The Royal Bengal Tiger, Mirchi Malini, and many more.
She was part of hits like Arya 2 and PSV Garuda Vega.
Shraddha loves her food; she believes neither in fad diets nor crash diets, and eats almost everything. But yes, she’s easily in the best shape of her life and looks like her fitness routine is working wonders.
“I engage in a dance fitness routine followed by yoga, each for 40-45 minutes back-to-back — so, almost two hours and I love it! I do it almost every alternate day,” shares the actor. “I eat everything — be it my roti sabzi, pulao, fruits, daal water, pumpkin soups, sweets, vegetable juices, coconut water, home-made pizza. You name it and I have it — but mostly fresh home food,” she adds, while admitting her love for eating.
Shraddha makes sure to keep the quantity and timings of eating in check though. Sharing her tips of ‘eating everything but staying fit’, the gorgeous actor says, “I never sleep after eating ever! I stop eating the moment I feel full. And I never go for the fad diets and all of those. One has to eat a wholesome and balanced diet. I just try to stay disciplined in taking care of my routine, mental health (chanting) and exercise. Also I truly truly love myself and never go crazy or extreme about anything in life.”
