Survey of Erravalli lands continues, 80 farmers covered

Revenue officials surveyed lands held by 80 farmers in Survey No. 325 at Erravalli village on Monday. The survey is being conducted by four teams, while notices are being served to the remaining farmers. Officials expect to complete the exercise by Thursday

Siddipet: Officials of the Survey and Land Records and Revenue Department jointly carried out a survey of lands in Survey No. 325 in Erravalli village on Monday and completed the survey of 80 farmers by evening.

The officials divided themselves into four teams and carried out the survey simultaneously at multiple locations. After serving notices on more than 100 farmers on Saturday, revenue officials continued serving notices to the remaining farmers on Monday.

There are 204 farmers holding 388 acres and 5 guntas of land in the survey number. While 100 farmers received notices on Saturday, another 50 farmers received them on Monday.

The farmers who were served notices on Monday were asked to be available for the survey on Tuesday. Meanwhile, officials said they would serve notices to the remaining farmers on Tuesday.

The farmers carried all the documents in their possession and were seen waiting at their respective lands on Monday.

Revenue officials are expected to complete the survey by Wednesday or Thursday.
