Suryapet: An outsourcing employee attempted suicide by consuming poison at the Suryapet District General Hospital, allegedly due to mounting financial distress. He had been waiting for payment of wages pending for five months. The victim, Madhusudhan, who has been working as a computer operator at the hospital, consumed poison on Thursday evening, sources close to the family said.
His colleagues rushed Madhusudhan to the casualty wing of the same hospital. He is under intensive care and his condition is said to be critical.
