Suryapet: Two brothers, students of Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS) at Arvepally in Jajireddygudem mandal, tested positive for COVID-19.
The headmaster of the school Jella Prasad told Telangana Today that of the two, only one had started attending physical classes after reopening of the school. With the brothers suffering from fever since Monday, their parents took them for a test at the local Primary Health Centre and the result returned positive for both.
Following the development, a special Covid test camp was conducted in the school where 323 students and 14 staff underwent the test, and all of the were negative. The total strength of the school is 461 students.
