Swarnendu and Varuni win Telangana State Table Tennis titles

Swarnendu of AVSE and Varuni Jaiswal of Gujarati Seva Mandal clinched the men’s and women’s singles titles in the Telangana State Table Tennis League Championship in Hyderabad. Both finals were closely fought, showcasing competitive spirit and skill among state players

Hyderabad: Swarnendu of AVSE and Varuni Jaiswal of Gujarati Seva Mandal won the men’s and women’s singles titles respectively in the Telangana State Table Tennis League Championship here.

Swarnendu defeated Trishul Mehra (HDTT) 11-6, 7-11, 11-8, 9-11, 11-8, while Varuni scored a 11-5, 8-11, 9-11, 11-9, 11-9 win against Sri Saanvi (SPARS) in the women’s final.
