Taapsee reacts to a Twitter comment calling her physique ‘manly’

Hyderabad: Taapsee Pannu has been regularly sharing the hard work that went into the making of her physique for ‘Rashmi Rocket’. Well, now a Twitter user described her physique as that of a man. This came as an image which showed Taapsee from the back was unveiled recently.

The upcoming sports film ‘Rashmi Rocket’, directed by Akarsh Khurana, is set to debut on Zee5 on October 15. In the film, Taapsee will be seen playing a sprinter.

Sharing the image, a Bollywood news-centric Twitter account wrote, “Ye Mard Ki Body Wali sirf @taapsee Hi Ho Sakti hai (Only Taapsee can have a manly body like this).”

However, taking it on a positive note, Taapsee gave it back to the Twitter user in style. “All I will say is…. Just remember this line and wait for 23rd September 🙂 And advance mein THANK YOU I really worked hard for this compliment(sic),” she commented.

Co-written by Kanika Dhillon, ‘Rashmi Rocket’ is Taapsee’s third straight-to-streaming release of the year. Her last release was ‘Haseen Dilruba’ on Netflix.

Meanwhile, the actor is quite busy with the array of projects in line. She will be seen in ‘Looop Lapeta’, ‘Dobaara’, ‘Shabaash Mithu’, and also her debut production ‘Blurr’.
