The film has been in the making for quite some time, and though the makers started promotions months ago by releasing a teaser and a few songs, the release date was kept under wraps until now.

The friendship among the trio and their immense loyalty towards each other form the core of the teaser.

Nesippaya is produced by Xavier Britto of XB Film Creators, and is co-produced by Sneha Britto. The film is all set for a worldwide release today.

Participating as a special guest in the audio launch event of Nesippaya, a film that has been directed by well known director Vishnu Vardhan and featuring actors Akash Murali and Aditi Shankar in the lead, Sivakarthikeyan had a word of advice for the lead actor Akash Murali, whose father-in-law Xavier Britto has produced the film.

The makers of Maaveeran released the second single from the film. Sivakarthikeyan and Aditi Shankar themselves gave the vocals for the song.

Directed and written by M Muthaiah, the action-thriller features veteran Prakash Raj and Karthi in lead roles, along with popular actors Aditi Shankar, Soori, and Raj Kiran in pivotal roles.
