Indian-origin CFO Aditya Humad has been sentenced by a US federal court to four months in prison for conspiring to bribe surgeons with sham consulting fees to use SpineFrontier’s spinal implant products. He will also face supervised release and a fine, after admitting to violating anti-kickback laws in a scheme that generated millions in revenue for the company.
