At least five people were killed when a Mexican Navy plane on a medical mission crashed near Galveston, Texas. The aircraft carried Navy officers, civilians and a child patient. US authorities have launched a search and investigation as foggy conditions persist.
Sixty one passengers perished in a plane crash in Vinhedo locality of Sao Paulo Brazil. The airline Voepass says an ATR 72 twin-engine turboprop, was headed for Sao Paulo's international airport Guarulhos with 57 passengers and 4 crew members aboard when it crashed in Vinhedo.
