The Bharat Rashtra Samithi has stepped up its attack on the Congress government, accusing it of failing to protect Palamuru’s irrigation interests. Former minister V. Srinivas Goud alleged that Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh were diverting water illegally and urged Telangana to pursue legal remedies, while also pressing for completion of the Palamuru‑Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Project.
