Asaduddin also made a mention of Farooq Shabdi and Faruk Shah Anwar and Ateeque Ahmad, who gave a tight contest to their rivals but could not bag the seats.
MIM had won 44 seats in the previous elections and now aims to increase the tally and is contesting from 55 seats though no official list has been released so far
