A local court in Hyderabad sentenced a 24-year-old man to five days’ imprisonment for allegedly misbehaving with a woman and creating a public nuisance in Malakpet. Police registered an e-petty case following the victim’s complaint, and the accused was shifted to Chanchalguda prison.
The case was registered against Ramesh, headmaster of the school under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act based on a complaint received from the father of the girl studying Class V
