The government is set to make an equity infusion of Rs 300 crore in regional carrier Alliance Air

The flyers complained that the airline did not provide them with prior information about the cancellation.

Accordingly, an Alliance Air aircraft took off from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at 6.35 am on Wednesday, thus taking the number of domestic destinations from Hyderabad to 57.

The flight service will be operated between the two cities via the option of either Jabalpur or Allahabad.

The airline will also begin two flights from Prayagraj connecting Delhi and Bilaspur, from March 1 under RCS.
