Maneka Gandhi, GHSPCA chief patron and former MP, launched a new animal ambulance and a donation scheme in Hyderabad. She inspected the Begum Bazaar multi-speciality animal hospital under construction, while the society invites citizens to Mahaveer Jayanti awareness stalls.
Arham Animal Ambulance in Hyderabad, launched by Arham Yuva Seva Group, provides free emergency care for injured, ill, and abandoned animals. Handling 200-250 calls daily, the service ensures timely first-aid and rescue, filling a critical urban veterinary healthcare gap.
A total of 175 mobile ambulances (veterinary) clinics will be placed at Assembly Constituency Level on the lines of 108 Services for providing Veterinary services at the doorstep.
