The online platform reset tens of thousands of its users' bios and photos in the Taliban-ruled country.

According to a report in CyberNews on Saturday, the "leaked" database contains a variety of user-related information from Clubhouse profiles, including user ID, name, photo URL, username, Twitter handle, Instagram handle

"However, unlike Clubhouse, creators can opt to turn their cameras on for the event, instead of being audio-only," the report said on Tuesday.

According to TechCrunch which "confirmed the discussions took place from a source familiar with the conversations," the talks occurred over the past several months but they're no longer taking place.

According to news site WAF, Omani Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) confirmed on Sunday that it has blocking the audio chat platform.
