Since the two constables, Pusala Venkateshwarlu and Varukolu Parandhamulu, died in the accident were working in Thoguta circle, the police personnel working under the circle joined hands under the leadership of Gajwel ACP Purusottam Reddy and mobilised Rs.3 lakh.
