The GHMC has approved a resolution to allocate Rs 2 crore for each of its 150 divisions to strengthen civic infrastructure. The funds are intended for improvements in roads, drainage, streetlights, pollution control, stormwater drains, parks, community halls, and other public amenities.

Dr Yogesh Yashwant Pundlik was presented the award at a function held in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, on December 20
