Pakistan's foreign minister Ishaq Dar held meetings with top political parties in Dhaka, including BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami, as part of a high-level visit aimed at reviving bilateral ties and regional cooperation.

Dr Jaishankar raised pressing world issues vis-a-vis the Indo-Pacific, Global South, and UN reforms, and called for increased bilateral cooperation in sectors ranging from trade, to emerging technology, Defence and security.
The discussions came amid an ongoing diplomatic row between the two nations with Canada accusing India of killing Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey last year.
