Of late, several cases of mucormycosis, also known as the black fungus, a serious infection, have been found in people who have recovered from COVID-19.
The NHRC stated the concerned authority shall take appropriate action as deemed fit in the case and the action taken over the issue shall be informed to the complainant within eight weeks.
