Maharashtra FDA has suspended the licences of a Reliance Retail warehouse in Chakan and a Blinkit-linked facility in Nighoje, Pune district, after inspections found serious food safety violations including rodent and cockroach infestation, improper storage of food products, cold-chain lapses, and inadequate records of expired food disposal.
