BRS leader T Harish Rao was placed under house arrest in Kokapet on Wednesday ahead of his proposed visit to Sanathnagar TIMS hospital. Police said the move was preventive, amid a political dispute between the Congress and BRS over the project.
KT Rama Rao accused the Congress of betraying BCs by failing to implement the promised 42% reservation and pledged a BRS campaign against the party. Harish Rao said BCs continue to back KCR, citing major welfare and development initiatives
