The Builders Association of India has urged the Telangana government to clear pending contractor payments, warning that prolonged delays have caused severe financial distress, with some contractors reportedly facing extreme consequences amid worsening economic conditions.
Since its inception in 1997, evolving from the Builders Forum with 28 members to CREDAI Hyderabad with 330 members, the organization has been instrumental in driving positive changes in the city's urban development. The occasion also saw the honoring of its founder members.
