The ACB earlier booked cases against the IMS former Director Ch Devika Rani and others in the scam that came to light in 2019.

In all, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), which is probing the case, arrested over 23 people including IMS officials and a few representatives of pharmaceutical companies

The DDs seized from a chit fund company would be deposited in the special court for ACB cases
