Only recently did Bahrain authorities reveal the unclaimed bodies, prompting Naresh’s elder brother to travel and perform the last rites, bringing long-awaited closure.
The family of Sreepada Naresh, a migrant worker from Metpally whose body has remained unclaimed in Bahrain for five years, has urged the Telangana government to intervene and repatriate his remains. A petition was submitted during the CM Pravasi Prajavani programme in Hyderabad.
