"Necessary filters" in Co-WIN have been applied for the vaccination centres situated in the four states of Assam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Union Territory of Puducherry.
"The actual numbers could vary up to 2 crore since the portal can register 4 beneficiaries with just one mobile number. We count only the mobile numbers, so I think the figures may be more than that," Ram Sevak Sharma, chairman of the empowered panel said.
