The Supreme Court extended till December 4 its stay on trial court proceedings against Rahul Gandhi in a defamation case over alleged derogatory remarks against the Army during his 2022 Bharat Jodo Yatra. The bench deferred hearing after an adjournment request and sought responses from the UP government and complainant.
