The Supreme Court has served a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) following AAP leader Sanjay Singh's petition contesting the Delhi High Court's dismissal of his plea concerning detention and apprehension in a purported case of liquor irregularities.
According to sources, Singh's name appeared four times in the charge sheet, out of which one was by mistake. While typing, Delhi's excise commissioner Rahul Singh's name was mistakenly typed as Sanjay Singh.
