The accused was identified as Ajay Singroha a.k.a Goli, a resident of Ritoli village, Rohtak district in Haryana.

"What right does the Delhi police have to enter Gandhi Bhavan and register cases against Telangana Congress leaders," she asked here on Monday.

“Five persons were arrested by the Hyderabad and if any more names come up during the investigation, we will probe and initiate legal action,” said the Hyderabad CP.

Alongside Reddy, four TPCC members – Shiva Kumar Ambala, Asma Tasleem, Satish Manne, and Naveen Pettem – were also called to join the investigation at 10:30 a.m. today under sections 91 and 160 of CrPC.

“Let me assure you. There is no one here who is afraid. In fact, there are people here who will give a befitting reply,” Revanth Reddy said.

According to the FIR, a copy of which is in possession of IANS, the MHA, in its complaint, stated that it has been found that some doctored videos are being circulated by users of Facebook and Twitter. 

Social media users have seized upon this format to highlight the initial letters of beloved characters, celebrities, or public figures, with humorous intent.

Police stated that among the 35 riders, three to four are minors, all hailing from Delhi. They were linked through a WhatsApp group

The shooter, known as Vishal a.k.a Rahul, hails from Gurugram and faces over six criminal cases, including murder charges, filed against him in Haryana and Delhi.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as a Soni (35).

Delhi Police received a complaint on November 27 at Cyber PS Dwarka. The complainant was Sunil Manjhi, who was contacted by the accused.

"Commuters are requested to cooperate by avoiding/bypassing these roads, if possible, and make maximum use of public transport," said the official.

The incident happened during the 'Asar ki namaz' around 2 pm near Inderlok Metro Station.  

The accused, whose real name is Faruk Mulla, had travelled under the name Faruk Khan, an official said.

Security measures have been heightened by the Delhi police and paramilitary forces in border areas, with the imposition of Section 144 in anticipation of the 'Delhi Chalo March' by farmers.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened in Jammu and Kashmir and especially naxal-affected areas in Odisha also.

His arrest comes over a year after two passengers and an agent travelling on a fake Malaysian passport were nabbed by the IGI airport police.
