Water supply will be disrupted for 24 hours in several parts of Hyderabad from July 6 due to maintenance works at the Allabanda reservoir. HMWSSB will carry out valve replacement to fix leakages and has urged residents to conserve water.
On November 26, Hyderabad will face a six-hour power outage from 10 am to 4 pm for maintenance at TG Transco substations. This will partially disrupt water supply in Krishna Phase-1, 2, and 3 areas. Residents are urged to conserve water.
The HMWSSB said the 24 hrs shutdown was proposed to take up the replacement of 900mm dia valves (BF and NRVs) at Kondapaka pumping station on 3000mm dia MS pumping main at GDWSS Ph-I
