A 30-year-old labourer from Telangana with severe heart conditions successfully underwent a complex minimally invasive procedure at NIMS, where doctors used advanced 3D mapping and radiofrequency ablation to treat irregular heartbeats.
Without an open-heart surgery, the team led by Dr. O Sai Satish, senior professor cardiology, successfully implanted a pulmonary valve that guides blood from the right ventricle of the heart to the pulmonary artery on one patient, Banoth Ashok
