Residents of Elkathurthi and nearby villages in Hanamkonda district were surprised on Saturday when hundreds of chickens were mysteriously released in agricultural fields along the Elkathurthi–Siddipet highway. Villagers rushed to catch the birds, with some posing for photos and others quietly bagging their catch.
