A 20-year-old engineering student, P Srujan, was found dead in his hostel room in Etcherla, Srikakulam. Reports indicate he suffered from depression and was undergoing medication. Police have registered a case under BNS Section 194 and are investigating the incident

Police said Chandrika, who was visibly depressed for the last few days, jumped from the terrace on the fourth floor.
