The Jubilee Hills bypoll in Hyderabad saw a subdued turnout from younger voters, despite many having enrolled as first-time voters. While some arrived early with family and expressed excitement, many others skipped voting due to academic commitments or lack of interest.
The Jubilee Hills by-election has seen heightened campaigning not only by political parties but also through voter awareness initiatives under SVEEP. District Election Officer RV Karnan emphasised the importance of slogans and rallies across colonies to motivate residents.
