Five people were injured when a speeding car, allegedly driven by a drunk man, rammed motorcycles and overturned in Hyderabad’s B N Reddy Nagar late on Saturday night. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.

P Jamuna Bai (45), a resident of RN Colony, Falaknuma, along with five colleagues, was on their way to attend to their duties at Aghapura in an auto-rickshaw
The injured were rushed to the area hospital in Patancheru. Later, they were shifted to a corporate hospital. The condition of two of them was stated to be critical.
The victims were identified Imtiyaz Khan (18) and Nayab (18), both residents of Pahadishareef. The duo along with five other friends were travelling in a self-driven car to visit Srisailam reservoir.
