Repeated inspections by food safety officials in Karimnagar town have revealed persistent unhygienic practices across restaurants and sweet shops. Locals blame lax enforcement for the ongoing violations.
Taaza Kitchen and Amogha Hotel at Ameerpet reported for food safety violations
At Amogha Hotel and Café, inspection teams discovered a severe rat infestation in the storage area. Additionally, they found that the hotel's toilet opened directly into the kitchen, posing a risk of contamination. The inspection also revealed the absence of pest control records, employee health records, water safety analysis reports, and the FOSTAC (Food Safety and Training Certificate) of the supervisors.
