Apple is currently building prototypes of clamshell-style foldable iPhones which means they could look similar to the Galaxy Z Flip phones in design.

A report has claimed that the company might also discontinue the iPad Mini after the launch of its foldable iPhones.

Samsung unveiled the vertically folding Galaxy Z Flip in February and launched the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in September.
