MBBS students at Government Medical College, Medak, have urged authorities to improve hostel safety and hygiene, alleging frequent snake and scorpion sightings, recent scorpion sting incidents and poor mess conditions. They have sought immediate pest control measures and infrastructure repairs.
The team would visit Badhaal village on Sunday where three families suffered casualties due to the illness, and collect samples from their sealed homes and surrounding areas
