Factionalism has deepened in Pinapaka Congress, with MLA Payam Venkateswarlu facing opposition from rival groups led by Tulluri Brahmaiah and Gurijala Gopi. The internal divisions, involving three factions, risk weakening the party’s prospects in upcoming Assembly elections, prompting calls for intervention from the high command.
The Disciplinary Committee meeting is likely to be held on Monday and there is a possibility of issuing the notice to Jadcherla MLA after the meeting. Additionally, the Committee is expected to convene a meeting with a few Warangal MLAs over the ongoing confrontation with the Konda family.
