A bench of Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justices P S Narasimha and J B Pardiwala is likely to deliver its verdict over setting up of a panel of domain experts for strengthening existing regulatory measures for stock markets.
MP Keshava Rao said the Hindenburg report exposed the dangers to which the Indian people and economy were subjected to and that it merits immediate discussion.

Stating that "Fraud cannot be obfuscated by nationalism" the Hidenburg Research hit out at the Adani Group claiming that the latter's "Bloated Response" ignored "every key allegation we raised."
The research firm, in its report, raised concerns about shares of Adani group companies having a possibility of declining from their current levels, owing to high valuations.
Shares of Adani Total Gas plummeted 19.65 per cent, Adani Transmission tumbled 19 per cent, Adani Green Energy plunged 15.50 per cent and Adani Enterprises tanked 6.19 per cent on the BSE.
Adani Group said it was mulling legal options in the US and India against Hindenburg Research after its report accused firms owned by Gautam Adani of market manipulation and accounting fraud.
In a statement, Jugeshinder Singh, Group CFO, Adani, said the report is a malicious combination of selective misinformation and stale, baseless and discredited allegations that have been tested and rejected by India's highest courts.
