A 31-year-old Hyderabad resident died in Medaram after a delay in medical treatment allegedly caused by a power disruption at the local health centre. He had travelled to Medaram on January 23 seeking livelihood opportunities.
In his complaint to NHRC, Sravan Vurappali stated that the condition of the government-run schools is ‘appalling’ and ‘detrimental’ to the well-being of students.
