Good governance and regulation of the cryptocurrency ecosystem in India will give impetus to the government's Digital India vision, IAMAI said.

Fiat digital currency serves a totally different purpose than the other crypto currencies in India and both of them can co-exist, IAMAI said.

"Reducing TDS will help achieve the tax trail without creating the unintended cash-flow concerns," the IAMAI said in a statement.
