On India’s 80th Independence Day, the tricolour undertook a symbolic global relay titled Suryapath Tiranga, beginning in Fiji and concluding in San Francisco. As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, Indian missions across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas successively hoisted the flag.
Over 210 Indian Missions abroad will mark the 12th International Day of Yoga on June 21 at nearly 2,500 global venues, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi leading the national event from Kolkata’s Red Road.
